Call for Contributions to a Digital Text Studies Workshop
We are pleased to invite contributions to a one-day workshop on digital humanities research-in-progress to be held at Wolfson College in the Levett Room on 7 June 2023. The workshop will focus on digital text studies, in particular:
· Digital text creation, manipulation and analysis
· Text mining and corpus linguistics
· Digital editions and their use in research and teaching
· Text encoding and markup languages (e.g. XML, TEI)
· Machine learning and natural language processing for text analysis
· Handwriting recognition and AI for digital text creation and analysis
Our aim is to bring together Oxford researchers at all levels working in these areas. If you would like to take part, please send a title and short summary (100 words) of the work that you will present by 7 May 2023 to alessandro.zammataro@wolfson.ox.ac.uk
