Random Access Memories: Re-living our digital pasts

Step into the past with artefacts from the Bodleian Libraries’ store of digital technology and memorabilia. This is a chance to explore items used by the Libraries’ digital preservation team which are not normally available to the public.

This hands-on event on Wednesday 12 March in the Centre for Digital Scholarship invites you to explore a curated selection of tech objects and engage with them through all your senses – from the physical feel to the sounds they make.

Whether you remember using these items or are discovering them for the first time, you will have the chance to share your thoughts, experiences, and memories.

Join us in unravelling the stories behind these pieces of technology and explore how the past continues to shape our digital future.
