Senior Research Software Engineer - (Artificial Intelligence & Natural Language Processing)
Miguel supports the integration of AI and NLP techniques in research projects. He brings experience as a researcher in machine learning at The Alan Turing Institute and University of Warwick, where he focused on NLP techniques in a social domain, and at Cranfield University, where he applied reinforcement learning, computer vision and causal machine learning techniques in the aerospace domain. He has extensive experience teaching AI in various graduate programmes and is a fellow of Advance HE. Miguel holds a PhD in theoretical physics from the Autonomous University of Madrid (Institute for Theoretical Physics).
